Visitors to Saint Kitts and Nevis will need to get a visa unless they are travelling from one of the 104 countries that do not need a visa. Passengers on cruise ships may visit Saint Kitts and Nevis for up to 24 hours without the need for a visa. Countries whose nationals require a visa to enter Saint Kitts and Nevis. Everyone who wishes to work or operate a business on the islands must possess a business visa. The exceptions are citizens of Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, Saint Lucia, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
All passengers aged 18 and older must be fully immunised and present either a negative Antigen test taken 24 hours prior to arrival or a negative PCR test taken 72 hours prior to arrival. Prior to departure, passengers must also complete the embarkation form and upload their test results and vaccination documentation. Children under the age of 18 are not required to be vaccinated or tested. Passengers are required to carry hard copies of negative RT-PCR, NAAT, or Rapid Antigen test results, as well as a Vaccination Record card. Passengers must present their travel authorization letter to the required airline and health officials on their mobile device or in printed format.
