Requirements
- Legal marriage to a Maldivian citizen (registered)
- Application form (IM23) stamped by the Family Court
- Marriage certificate and passport copy
- Medical report and health insurance (first-time applicants)
- Sponsorship Declaration via IMUGA before arrival if coming to marry/register
How to apply
- Complete the marriage registration
- Apply through the IMUGA portal, selecting the Resident Visa service
- Submit the IM23 form and supporting documents
- Renew before expiry for continued residence
