This page has been reviewed and verified by Michael Gibbons, Regulated Immigration Advisor. For current rules and requirements, see our guide on How to Apply for a Singapore Visa.
All Singapore Visa applications are subject to an official government processing fee, which must be paid when the application is submitted to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
Official ICA Singapore Visa Fees
The current ICA visa fees are as follows:
- Tourist / Business Visa: SGD 30 (approx. USD 22).
- Employment Pass / Work Visa: SGD 105 (application) + SGD 225 (issuance fee).
- S Pass (mid-skilled workers): SGD 105 (application) + SGD 100 (issuance fee).
- Student Pass: SGD 30 (processing) + SGD 60 (issuance fee).
- Dependent Pass / Long-Term Visit Pass: SGD 105 (application) + SGD 225 (issuance fee).
Government fees are non-refundable even if the application is withdrawn or refused.
Visa Applications Service Fee
In addition to ICA’s government fees, a service fee is charged to cover the following:
- Document verification and formatting to ICA standards.
- Completion and submission of the official visa form.
- Secure online payment and digital confirmation receipt.
- Tracking and communication with ICA throughout processing.
All costs are quoted transparently before submission. No hidden charges or third-party costs apply.

- Service Fees: Refundable only if your application has not yet been submitted.
- In the event of a refusal, our reapplication support is available at a reduced rate.
Our refund policies ensure transparency while covering administrative costs related to file preparation.
Proof of Payment
Upon submission, applicants receive:
- An official ICA payment receipt.
- A Visa Applications confirmation email summarising all transaction details.
These documents are required if ICA requests evidence of payment during review.
Group & Family Visa Fees
Group or family visa applications may qualify for consolidated service fees.
We ensure that each applicant’s submission is treated individually while minimising duplicate costs where possible.
Tips for Smooth Payment Processing
- Use the same name as on your passport when making payments.
- Ensure sufficient card or bank balance before initiating payment.
