Entry into Kenya

All passengers over 12 years old are required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 PCR test conducted within 72 hours prior to departure. Vaccination requires receiving the required doses of a specific vaccine at least 14 days prior to arrival. Before arriving in Kenya, all passengers must upload vaccination certificates or negative PCR test results to the PanaBIOS (or Global Haven) website.

Passengers over the age of 12 without vaccination documentation or a PCR test will be subject to a Rapid Antigen Test at their own expense upon arrival. Any passenger over the age of 12 who tests positive on this Rapid Antigen Test will be required to pay for an additional PCR test and must be isolated in accordance with the most recent Ministry of Health guidelines. Passengers younger than 12 years old are not required to present a vaccination certificate or PCR test.

All arriving passengers with flu-like symptoms will be required to fill out a passenger locator form. These passengers will also be required to undergo a COVID-19 PCR test at their own expense upon arrival. Note that, at the discretion of the airlines, pre-departure Rapid Antigen Tests or COVID-19 PCR tests may be considered for passengers leaving the country.

Eligibility to apply for a Kenya visa
