Who it is for

  • Spouse or registered stable-union partner of the sponsor
  • Minor children (and adult children under legal guardianship)
  • Ascendants (parents/grandparents) aged 65 or over who are dependent on the sponsor

Requirements

  • Proof of the family relationship (marriage, stable-union registration, birth records), legalised as required
  • Evidence the sponsor resides in Andorra and has sufficient income and suitable housing
  • Criminal-record certificate for adult family members, legalised
  • Medical examination where required

What you can do

  • Reside in Andorra as the family member of the sponsor
  • Renew in line with the family-reunification renewal schedule
  • Access to work may require the separate conditions applicable to reunified family members

How to apply

  • The resident sponsor lodges the application for the family member with the Servei d'Immigració (or via e-tràmits / Seu Electrònica)
  • Provide legalised civil-status and supporting documents
  • Family members complete any required medical check
